Taking its name from Nazım Hikmet's poem of the same name, Yalnayak is inspired by Anatolian melodies and tells its stories with a psychedelic space-funk / rock fusion. The unique sound of the Istanbul-based band has emerged by combining the warm vocals of Damla Temel, the electronic arrangements of Netam, the bouncing bass grooves of Batuhan Camci and the funky guitar riffs of Semih Duz. Yalnayak, who has been releasing singles regularly for a while, had a good break with Mars'ta Değilim in 2021 and introduced the musical vision of the band with this track. The singles Sakla Zamanı and Yan Yana, which were released in the same year, worked a great role in expanding the band's sound and mood variety. In 2022, The band released Binboğa in memory of Barış Manço and it was added to Spotify's Global Groove playlist. In this way, Yalnayak reached listeners from all over the world. As a harbinger of Band’s upcoming album, Hepimiz Biriz, was released on March 10 by Jordan-based record label "Alt Orient".
