Netam

Netam is an Istanbul-based producer, keyboardist and trained architect whose intergenre compositions blur the lines between organic instrumentation, field recordings and electro-funk grooves. Since his 2019 debut “Consensus EP” on Kanto Records, he’s carved out a singular sound—culminating in 2020’s concept album Yabani, a tapestry of everyday sounds and experimental textures.

His protest-soul requiem “Toprak” stands out as a poignant tribute to nature, while his live sets marry live keyboards and trumpet improvisations with ambient, emotional drive. Always pushing forward, Netam now balances solo shows, deep dives into trumpet-led arrangements and production experiments alongside his fresh psych-electro-funk collective, Yalnayak.
